CAPULIN is dry processed, by hand, which while being more expensive on the front of the tag, has far reaching effects behind it. If you're not impressed folks, it's because you didn't take into account that the farmer received the highest value for their cherries, in the whole world, twice as much as the other water processors paid for their coffee. Or maybe because you're not taking into account that the villagers providing coffee for CAPULIN don't need to harvest their trees or eat the birds to feed their families. Their villages receive more money per pound, directly to the farmers and villagers, than any villagers on the planet.
